We are a broker or agent for car rental. Our purpose is to negotiate cheaper car rental rates with the large car rental companies using our buying power and pass the savings on to our customers. We have a strong emphasis on customer service. It is through quality of service and price that we aim to stand out from other companies in this sector.

We agree to give the car rental company a large volume of business every year. In return they agree to give us preferential rates. These rates are usually cheaper than those available from the car rental company by going directly to them. We then pass these savings on to our customer.

 

Blue Wheels was established 4 years ago.
Last year we organised over 4000 car rental bookings for our customers in the UK. In 99.9% of the bookings everything went as expected. If you check the testimonials section of our website you will see some of the comments made by customers about our service. We receive good comments everyday from customers responding to customer surveys.

 

How do we ensure good quality service?
Through of our experience working with our car rental companies over the last 4 years we have built up a very good knowledge of how they operate, what their strengths and weaknesses are. We are able to inform our customers in advance what they need to do, what documents they need with them, what to expect when they turn up to collect their car. We help them to avoid anything going wrong, making sure everything goes smoothly and as expected. 

  
We now survey all of our customers by email at the end of every rental. We know that if there was a problem they would come back to us. The vast majority of the rentals, 99.9%, go well.
If anything does go wrong we will use our contacts within the car rental company to have the matter investigated as soon as possible. We tend have issues sorted quite quickly.
