How do I book?
  • Take a look at the hotels presented on our pages. Use advanced search, compare prices and services offered. Once you find the hotel that suits your needs, you can send a request. Your request will be delivered directly to the hotel's reservation centre and should be replied within 48 hours. When the hotel replies with an offer, you will receive an e-mail from Europe-Mountains with a link to our special reservation page, where you can see the hotel's offer and reply.
  • Having agreed all booking details you will be asked to supply your guarantee. It is necessary that you provide the hotel with your Credit Card details to secure the reservation. Your Credit Card data will be submitted through our 100% secure SSL webpage directly to the hotel.
  • Once the reservation is secured, a formal confirmation voucher will be sent to you by e-mail or via fax. It is also possible to have the confirmation voucher posted.
