Large dorsal and anal fins that extends almost to the tail.
Hard mouth with long spiky teeth.
Temperature range:
10 - 21 Celsius (50 - 70 Fahrenheit).
Typical location:
Around wrecks, sea mounts and over soft coral reefs.
Fishing methods:
Bottom fishing from anchor with live or dead prawns and squid.
Bottom fishing with pieces of tuna, scad, mackerel or sardine.
Fighting characteristics:
