Our Internet presentation gives you
a possibility of sending your orders directly. We would therefore like to show
the way how to use our service so your orders will be carry out as soon as
possible to your full satisfaction.
The majority enables to view and choose the service on the basis of your
specified requirements. You have a possibility to organise your stay by
yourselves. In case you prefer to discuss your interests, just easily send us
your requirement to our reservation department

NOTICE:
When you have more variations of accommodation, please, do not send us more
then one reservation form, but put this information into comments !!
After you have carefully filled in and sent the form, you will receive the
answer within 24 hours depending on world time zone. When we are able to
provide you with the required service you receive the confirmation of booking.
Even when we won't be able to provide you with the service you will always
receive our answer and possible suggestion of another chance.
Our confirmation of booking consists of:
- name of hotel / services
- date of stay, including number of nights
- type of room
- price per room / individual service
- total amount
- payment conditions
- cancellation fees
- date, when is necessary to confirm reservation and agreement with suggestion
of business conditions.
When you receive our confirmation of booking please check if the reserved
services are according with your order and read carefully business conditions.
When you agree with our offer, please send us a fixed confirmation till
mentioned date. If we do not received that confirmation, we reserve rights to
cancel your reservation without any compensation.
We kindly ask you to send us this information even in the negative case. That
will make our mutual co-operation easier.
In the majority of cases of definitive reservation and services we are
satisfied with credit card guarantee and the later payment directly to the
provider of services during their using. (different ways of payment are
detailed described at the point payment conditions). The filling form for data
about your credit card you will receive empty by fax or to print that from
e-mail to secure for data. When you fill in all requested information, please
send it back to our fax No.:

After receiving your credit card guarantee, we will send you accommodation
voucher, which you hand in to the provider (of hotel, guide etc.).
If something has changed during the time between your confirmation and your
arrival (the date of your stay, the number of persons) please contact us
immediately so we could change everything in time.
