We were browsing the net looking at maps & accidently came across this amazing site!!! We have many beautiful pictures we have taken on our travels around England and hope to get some posted for everyone to enjoy. There are many hidden away villages & hamlets that are like stepping back in history and are simply breath taking!!! So many gorgeous scenes we have photographed! We hope to travel more and more in this beautiful country and all through the UK. I am an American and have only lived here one year but my fiance' is English and continually shows me the wonders of his country. The history blows me away!! Thank you for this magnificent site!! We hope to contribute.

This is a wonderful site. There are so many beautiful places to visit in England. It would be impossible to pick a favorite. When I have visited I have always found everyone to be very kind and helpful. I am honored to say I have dear friends who live in Sandy, Bedfordshire.

Visiting England was "like coming home" although I had never been here before now... Magnificent architecture and friendly people. Although I have lived in Georgia (USA) for over 40 years, I was raised in Phila. Pa. where its original style and mannerisms are poor copies of the real thing. Great site!
