What is the accommodation policy for children?
Most of the hotels adopt the policy of allowing children to stay in the room with parents either with or without an extra bed. The regular hotel policy is to charge for a child if it needs its own bed. Please enter the age of your children in the booking form.

How do I check in the hotel?
When you arrive to hotel you just need to present your accommodation voucher to the hotel receptionist, who will provide you with the key to your room. On your accommodation voucher are printed following details: (guest’s full name, arrival and departure date, number of persons, type and number of rooms, voucher number, exact address of accommodation facilities, type of payment).

What time can I check- in and out of the hotel?
Usual check-in time: is from 2.00 p.m. and check-out time: before 12.00 p.m. individual arrangements are possible upon your request, please contact the hotel reception.

Can I leave my bags at the hotel?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the reception until your room is ready. Some hotels will also store your luggage for a couple of days.
