For recruitment of cabin crew, customer service and call centre staff, the following information is applicable.
are references required? We do need satisfactory references. At your interview you must produce details of employment and personal referees, however references from current employers will not be requested unless a position is offered. You’ll also be required to undertake a satisfactory criminal record check and obtain a certificate that is acceptable to the company and regulatory authorities.
how long are the training courses and what do they involve? The training course for cabin crew is four weeks and for customer service agents three weeks. It takes place at our training centre. It is very intensive and will cover everything from customer care skills, health and safety and, of course, security training. There are exams throughout the course and your contract of employment is subject to the successful completion of the course, however, our experienced trainers are there to assist you throughout.
are reapplications accepted if previous ones were unsuccessful? You may reapply to us six months after your previous application or attendance at a recruitment event (if applicable), however, you will need to complete a new application form.
how long after the interview will I receive notification of the result? You’ll usually hear within 7-10 days.
