Governor Awards Picnic Prize:
Governor Frank Murkowski and First Lady Nancy Murkowski present prizes to children for the best costumes during the 2003 annual Governor's Picnic in Fairbanks. The 2004 Governor's Picnics will take place Saturday, July 24 from noon to 4 p.m. on the Ninth Avenue Park Strip in Anchorage, and from 1 p.m to 4 p.m. on Sunday July 25 at Pioneer Park in Fairbanks. Both events will feature free food, games, prizes, exhibits and musical entertainment.
