Governor's Annual Picnic:
Governor Frank Murkowski acknowledges the accomplishments of pageant winners from the main stage at the 2003 annual Governor's Picnic in Anchorage. The 2004 Governor's Picnics will take place Saturday, July 24 from noon to 4 p.m. on the Ninth Avenue Park Strip in Anchorage, and from 1 p.m to 4 p.m. on Sunday July 25 at Pioneer Park in Fairbanks. Both events will feature free food, games, prizes, exhibits and musical entertainment.
