History
Founded in 1978 as Crossroads REALTORS®, the firm changed it's name to Coldwell Banker Crossroads REALTORS® in 1986. In 1985 after nine years in real estate, Johnny and Connie Kinder decided to start their own company Sundance REALTORS®. They purchased Coldwell Banker Crossroads REALTORS® in 1996, and merged the two companies to form one of the largest real estate sales and property management companies in Lawton with over twenty-five sales associates.
