RTS Inc. (Recycle
Tech Solutions) is dedicated to improving the environment through
the recycling
of imaging materials, and to enhancing our customers RTS business
operations and profit margins. To this end, all Recycle
Tech Solutions cartridges, inkjets and imaging drums delivered
with our unique "RTS Guarantee."
Additionally, the company has developed partnership
initiatives, designed to generate significant short-term earnings.
These partnership agreements will establish Recycle
Tech Solutions as the major provider of empty cartridges and
ink jets for several Major Midwest remanufacturers.
The company's desire to compete without engaging in "low-price"
solutions.

Tech Solutions is prepared to lead the industry by offering
customers its "RTS Guarantee" and "RTS On - Marketing
Opportunities."
The company has identified two avenues for expanding the market
rather than competing solely for a share of the current marketplace:
