A6 Speakers

Engineered specifically for performance this unique design yields a very fine speaker.

Performance :  These 2-way speakers are a sealed box design with a very accurate and linear response curve.  The driver pair is matched for a highly efficient, very clean, linear response from 50Hz to 20,000Hz making the system great by itself, or ideal with a sub-woofer.

The Cabinet :  This a sealed speaker design engineered with lengths and angles to dissipate internal waves without reverberation or distortion.  The design is exceptionally stiff to exclude resonance and it incorporates a multi-varying density for acoustical damping and integrity.

Construction :  Speakers can be built with typical hand & power tools with medium skill.  All straight cuts - because of special construction techniques, there are no complex beveled cuts to accomplish this beautiful shape.

Technical :  Plans include easy to follow, fully illustrated instructions and drawing templates for accurate speaker layout.

Speaker max size is approximately 20.1" height, 14.4" width, 16.2" depth.   The main driver is an efficient 8" diameter having a 3db roll off from 92db at ~55Hz, effective base cut-off is ~42Hz at -10db.   Max continuous power is 80 watts/channel.   For plans by e-mail, a large format printer (D size, available at most print shops like Kinkos) is required for printing the templates.
