Step 1: New Reservation
This screen allows you to specify information about your reservation request.
Arrival Date: The date you will be arriving at the hotel.
# of Nights: The number of nights you will be staying at the hotel.
# of Rooms: You may request up to 4 rooms per reservation.
Special Offers Table: This table displays various deals and Room Packages
that you can book online. To book a package, simply click on the offer you are
interested in. The page will refresh to show you the package Details. To select
a different package, simply click on a different offer.
Availability Calendar: This calendar is provided to help you determine your
stay. Clicking on an available date within the calendar will auto-fill the
Arrival Date field on Step 1 of the Reservation Process.
Step 2: Select Room Type (if booking a single room)
This screen displays all available room types and rates. Select the room type
you want by filling out the corresponding preferences and clicking the Book
This Room button.
# of Adults: Each room must have a minimum of 1 adult. Note that there
may be additional nightly fees for rooms with more than 4 occupants.
# of Children: Children under 18 may stay free in a room with a parent
or guardian. Note that there may be additional nightly fees for rooms with more
than 4 occupants.
General: Please select your smoking preference
Bed Type: Please select your bed preference
Step 2: Select Rooms (if booking multiple rooms)
If you are booking multiple rooms, and we have more than one room type
available, you will need to specify the number of each room type you would like
to reserve.
Step 2: Select Preferences (if booking multiple rooms)
This screen displays the rooms you are booking. For each room you will need to
specify your preferences.

Step 3: Reservation Summary & Guest Registration
This screen displays a summary of your reservation including prices and totals.
You may change your room preferences by clicking the Change Preferences
button. If you would like to start over with a new reservation, click the
Change Arrival button to go back to Step 1. (Note that if you change arrival,
your current reservation will not be saved.)
In order to proceed with check-out, you must log-in using our secure server.
Existing Customers: Enter your email address and password to proceed to
checkout.
New Customers: Enter your email address and select New Customer from
the menu to proceed to checkout.
Travel Agents: If you are a travel agent who has already registered your
IATA Number with the property and would like to book a room for your client.
Please click the Travel Agent link at the bottom of the login section. You will
be required to enter your IATA Number and information on the next screen.
Step 4: Checkout:
This screen allows you to enter your personal information, Billing Address and
Credit Card Number. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). If you are
a new customer, you will be asked to create a password for future use. You must
signify that you have read the Terms & Conditions before proceeding.
Reservation Confirmed:
This screen will display your reservation confirmation number(s). You will
receive a separate confirmation number for each room reserved. To modify a
completed reservation, please contact our Telephone Reservations Desk at
1-877-796-2096.
Terms & Conditions:
All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking by a major credit card. For general reservations, one night's room and tax are charged upon booking; for package reservations, the full package price of room and tax are charged upon booking. For any changes or cancellations please call 1-877-796-2096. Package cancellations and changes must be received within 72 hours prior to arrival. All other cancellations and date changes must be received by 48 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in a charge of one night's room and tax. No refunds will be accepted without a valid cancellation number. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. Prior to confirmation, all rates are subject to change without notice and based upon limited availability. Internet rates are not valid with, during, or in conjunction with other discount programs, including corporate group and junket programs. Special requests and requested room types are not guaranteed and will be assigned based upon availability at time of check-in. All rates are subject to 9% tax and tourism fee. Maximum occupancy is four persons per room.
