Mark Webber has vowed to stay close to 'the guys' at Jaguar Racing because they provided the Australian a springboard to further success. Webber has signed to join BMW Williams next season. "I never enjoy leaving teams," said the Australian at the weekend. "I've always thought it's very important to forge strong relationships with the people you work with - become a part of the family." Webber explained he is still close to everyone at Minardi and he suggested it'll be the case with the Milton-Keynes based team because Jaguar put him in a 'tremendous position' to launch a race- winning career.
