| Jane likes to keep in front of her clients by sending out links to
interesting articles, events and other relevant information. Prophet 2004
includes an easy to use Group Email Wizard that allows her to personalize each
email sent out to a selected category or group of recipients.

| In this case, she wants to alert her Investment category about a
conference coming up called the "Creative Real Estate Online Convention".
Here’s how: |

1. |
First she needs to select the category of contacts that she wants
to send this personalized email to. She clicks on folders on the Prophet
toolbar and selects the Category tab. From the list of categories, she selects
Investment Properties which filters out all contacts not part of this group. |

2. |
She then uses the Ctrl-A command to select all of the names on the
list. |
|
|
3. |
Once all of the names are selected, she clicks on the down button
next to Email on the Prophet toolbar and selects Send Group Email. |

The Group Email Wizard walks Jane through four steps to send the
personalized email. Here is a final preview for Mark before it is sent: |
