Call Center Sales Manager
This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center and manage a team of call center supervisors. Duties also include monitoring performance of staff members, agents/representatives and ensuring the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards. Five to seven years of call center/sales experience, including one to three years in management required. Computer Reservation System, sales, customer service experience preferred.

Call Center Supervisor
Responsible for the daily activity and performance of travel specialist and customer service representatives. Ensure that quotas for service level and sales goals are met through monitoring and coaching. Provide professional and quality service to all internal and external clients. Assist the department manager in creating and assessing quarterly departmental goals, handle escalated calls when appropriate. Previous call center experience required, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong computer and phone skills a must.

National Media Syndication Account Executive
Responsible for identifying and building qualified companies for new business partnerships with VEGAS.com and the Vegas Minute. Candidate will close national syndication deals with television stations, networks, newspapers, websites and magazines to utilize VEGAS.com and Vegas Minute content. Manage accounts and assist in identification, creation and presentation of opportunities to further develop each partner's relationship with VEGAS.com. BA in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or Journalism. Two or more years sales experience with a year or more of successful advertising sales. Must have strong cold-call skills and long-term relationship building skills with outstanding business communication skills for phone sales, email correspondence, written proposals and formal presentations. Attention to detail and abiltiy to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Product Manager
Responsible for determining and planning overall features and functional specifications for web based products. Interview and gather requirements from users and other stakeholders throughout the company. Establish processes for the management of product roadmaps and the development of product requirements. Work with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and technology direction into product requirements. Work closely with designers to deliver a high level of usabilty and create presentations. Work with system engineers, developers and QA engineers throughout the product development, testing and implementation phases to ensure product integrity. Conduct focus group sessions and brainstorm meetings to conceptualize products. BS/BA or equivalent experience, two plus years of product management exp, preferably in online travel industry, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation and time management skills, technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, Graphic Editors and HTML design tools preferred.

Software Engineer II - JAVA
Define, design and implement multi-tier distributed web-based applications, work with other engineers, managers, product management, QA and operations team to develop innovative solutions meeting market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, system architecture, and adherence to development goals and principles. Ability to work independently to design, code and test major features, as well as work jointly with other team members, mentor and supervise junior developers, BS/BA in CS or related field, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to innovate, prioritize and multi-task. Two plus years experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications in NT and UNIX environments, experience in object-oriented design methodology and application development in JAVA and J2EE, including Servlets, JSP, Java Beans, JDBC, project experience with J2EE application servers required, working knowledge of relational databases MS SQL, XML, HTTP/HTML, XSLT and basic NT/UNIX system administration, experience in XML, project experience with JRun application server and in retail-oriented ecommerce application development preferred, experience with ANT and Struts preferred.

Spanish Translator (Full time)
Translate show and concert reviews, update nightlife and hotel listings, proofread sections and uncorrected pages for grammar and style, help generate ideas for customization of the site, help translate online ads, manage all Spanish content. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, proven experience as a translator and writer, ability to work quickly under deadline and translate at least 3,000 words per day, strong editing and writing skills, knowledge of American culture, Hispanic market and Vegas market, team environment, computer literacy with Office, Textpad and HomeSite, research abilities.

Sr. Manager of Project Management
Oversee the ongoing development and execution of a company-wide project management process, responsible for successful delivery of simultaneous projects in a SDLC-based Product Development environment. Develops project plans and processes, identifying critical path needs, setting deadlines, assigning project management responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing project progress, and ultimately reporting status to senior management. Must be able to think strategically while managing limited resources from a number of functional areas. Must have minimum three years experience with product implementation and management. Installs, configures and maintains VEGAS.com and Greenspun Corporate Enterprise systems while providing additional assistance for VEGAS.com desktop support. Responsibilities include backup/recovery, email and security (antivirus), production systems and SQL server database, installation of new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems, perform system backup and recovery, maintains data files and monitors sytem configuration to ensure data integrity. Requires a B.S. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, a minimum of two years work experience, microsoft certification, experience in enterprise class backup solutions (Veritas), experience in SQL server, experience in telecommunications systems administration (Nortel) and VOIP preferred.
