Originally created ornithology (study of birds)
researchers, the program has been modified to suit
enthusiasts, who would like to see the winged
creatures of Sabah.
Day 01
Head for Kinabalu National Park. The Park, suited on
1500 meters above sea level, is home to 290 species of
birds. The extensive trails available make the park
suitable for bird watching. Overnight at park cabin.
Day 02 - 03
Enjoy watching a wide variety of colorful and
beautiful birds in their natural habitat. Overnight at
park cabin.
Day 04
The quest moves on to Poring Hot Spring, an hour's
drive away. The 150 meters long and at average of
30-40 meters high canopy walk has been the attraction
to a lot of bird watchers. Overnight at park cabin.
Day 05
Enjoy all day bird watching. Overnight stay at park
cabin.
Day 06
The last day of the trip is your day of leisure before
returning to Kota Kinabalu.
