"We are really impressed with how quick and easy Prophet is to customize and
implement. I especially like the way Prophet is built directly into Outlook.
It's a great solution."

Jane is now taking the opportunity to clean-out defunct contacts
and polish up the good ones. The better the contact list in quantity and
quality, the more effective the user is as a business relationship
professional. |
Jane wanted to get two things done to organize her contacts: |
1. |
Delete or edit old contacts to update with current information |
2. |
Insert every important contact into a category to make sending
group emails, quick lookups and other organizational tasks easier. Here’s how
to categorize a contact: |
a. |
Open the contact by double clicking in the Prophet List Window |
b. |
Click on the Categories button on the lower right hand side |
c. |
Select the categories to add this contact to or create new
categories in the master list. |
