SPAC-What You MissedHERE'S WHAT YOU MISSED AT THE JULY 13 LUNCHEON Presentation: "Golf & Business" Dana Rader Dana Rader, founder of the Dana Rader School of Golf, challenged luncheon attendees to master the basics in their business. Rader encouraged the audience to identify their number one strength and to perfect it. According to Rader, we should be learning continually. She said that it is important that employer's foster the growth of their staff members as well. Rader said it is an employer's job to give its staff comfort but afflict them when they are comfortable. She stressed the importance of excellent customer service as well. Rader said that reliable customer service is key to the success of a business. "We can't have success without our customers," she said. Rader advised the audience to always know the goal they are striving to fulfill and to continually measure their progress toward that goal.
