How it works
- Find the real estate professionals you're going to use (Step 3).
- Print our discount form (Step 4).
- Present the form to the professional the first time you meet them.
- Use the real estate professional to buy real estate in Utah (Step 5).
- Submit our discount form to us when the transaction is done (Step 6).
- Wait 2-4 weeks to get your check in the mail.
All you have to do is use the real estate professionals listed on this site to buy your real estate and let us know when the deal is done. The more of them you use, the more money you make.
How much will you get back?
For each real estate professional listed on our site that you use we pay approximate Cash Back amounts of:
- Realtor - 0.25% of purchase price of home
- Lender - 0.15% of purchase price of home
- Developer - 1% of purchase price of home
- Home Inspector - $25
For example, if you buy a home with a purchase price of $200,000, you would get these amounts back if you use each of these people from our site:
- Realtor - $500
- Lender - $300
- Developer - $2000
- Home inspector - $25
Thats a total of $2825 cash back in your pocket shortly after closing!
