Fulligan's is the ideal getaway location, be it for the family, club or corporate function.
Fulligans Lodge is situated approximately halfway between Sydney and Melbourne near Bombala and Eden on the eastern side of the Great Dividing Range set on 1000 acres and surrounded by 100,000 acres of wilderness and The South East Forest National Park.
A scenic 2.5 – 3 hour drive from Canberra via Cooma makes it ideal for that shortstay weekend or take your time and unwind for a week. Please note the last 21km’s through the Coolangubra Forest is on unsealed road, so please take care.
There is a social 9 hole golf course, tennis court, walking & mountain bike trails, mountain bikes for guest use, a 5 acre lake fully stocked with trout, darts, table tennis and swimming in the river bed. Surrounded by 100’s of kilometres of state forest trails makes this a 4-wheel drive paradise.

The property also has historical buildings of interest and large array of resident wildlife such as wombats, emus, kangaroos, birds and much more.
Guest accommodation overlooks the golf course and main lake and comprises 4 self-contained 2 bedroom mudbrick cabin style homesteads, with fridge and a spacious lounge with an open fire. Sleeping arrangements are flexible, however will sleep 1 couple and 4 children comfortably.
These homesteads are centred around a ‘recreational room’ (approx. 9m x 7m) which has a separate kitchen and is ideal for small conferences and dining of up to 20 people. Full catering can be provided and rooms serviced daily if required.

Notes re Tariffs:
The tariffs quoted below are for a Minimum of twin share and two day stay, for self contained accommodation at our 'Normal' rate.
Note that during the High Season which is the 26/12/03 to 18/01/2004 and between 09/04/2004 and 12/04/2004 there will be an extra charge of $40.00 per day for each Adult Double. Nothing additional for each extra adult or for each child.
All year around, if full Board is required there will be an additional charge of $140.00 per Adult Double per day; an additional $113.00 per day for each extra adult and an additional $50.00 for each child.

Policy DEPOSIT
A deposit of 15% is required on confirmation of your booking, full payment is required.
PAYMENT
Payment of the remaining balance is required no less than 30days from date of travel. Payment can be either made by Cheque, Mastercard or Visa.
CANCELLATION
The cancellation fees are as follows:
30+days prior to travel - deposit
15-30 days prior to travel - 50% of total booking cost.
0-15 days prior to travel - 100% of total booking cost. |
