service. In order to provide a high level of service to all customers,
there are certain terms of service to which you must agree before
using our services.
Privacy:
We keep all of your details private. For information about how

Website Errors & Omissions:
ElectroKits.com cannot be held liable for errors or omissions
on our website resulting from either human or computer errors.
Order Fulfillment:
Most items which we are labeled as being in stock will be shipped
within 1-2 business days. Given that some items and "made
to order", some items may not be in stock. If an item is
not in stock, it may take up to 30 days for us to ship your order.
If you do not receive your order with 30 days, you can contact
us and ask for the opportunity to cancel your order, at which
time a full 100% refund shall be given, if desired.
All orders must be paid in full, in advance. This applies to
both in-stock items and out-of-stock items, however we generally
will not process your credit card for payment until we have the
item in stock and read to ship.
All prices and quotes on this website are in the currency USD$
(United States Dollars). If ordering from abroad, your card will
be charged in USD$. Your bank will most likely convert this into
your local currency with the appropriate exchange rate. We cannot
charge in any other currency, and the converted amount into your
local currency may vary on a daily basis due to "Exchange
Rate" fluctuations.
Return of Merchandise:
In order for merchandise to be returned, you must contact us specifying
the product you wish to return accompanied by a valid reason for
return. Returns shall be decided on a case by case basis. Items
which have been removed from their original packaging may require
a restocking fee of 50%.
Returns are not permitted on kits which have been removed from
their original packing. Sales on electronic kits are final and
no returns will be permitted. We do however supply only the highest
quality components with electronic kits, and we are 100% confident
that there will be no defective kits.
Warnings for Kits:
Many of the items on our website are kits, which means that assembly
is required on behalf of the customer. These kits require some
soldering and electronic knowledge on behalf of the constructor,
along with the appropriate tools such as a soldering iron, solder,
pliers, multimeter etc.
Items which are not specifically labeled as not being kits i.e.
are pre-assembled should be assumed to be kits and require assembly.
FM Transmitters & Transmission Devices:
We are not responsible for the use or misuse of our transmitters
products. Please be aware that some devices may be illegal to
operate in your country without a license. It is your responsibility
to check the legal requirements in your country & area for
the transmitter which you intend to purchase and that it is legal
to operate it without a license or that the license you have obtained
permits you to use it. If inside the USA, please consult the FCC
for further information about transmission legality and the correct
procedures for obtaining a broadcast license.
