With text messaging, fans can receive up-to-the-minute news and information about their favorite player, team, or league at any time and place. If a fan is stuck in traffic, at work, or on vacation, he/she can always know what’s going on in the sports world. RMG3 provides clients with the ability to send news or data alerts to cell phones, pagers, PDA and WAP devices through our proprietary content management and publishing engine and allow fans to be in touch with what’s going on in their sport, as it happens.
RMG3’s Wireless Services include content and data capture and distribution – much of which can be automated through the use of RMG3’s 1Touch™ tool, subscription sign up (and even registration for “for fee” services), and list management. Integration examples include the ability to alert fans when there are new articles of interest to them (based on criteria they selected during registration) online and the ability to deliver real time scores and results. RMG3 provides both technology and content to meet client wireless needs. RMG3 can also easily integrate a client’s wireless effort with a third party partnership with an wireless service provider/client sponsor.
RMG3 can also provide clients with full wireless web channels, to allow their fans to view their site elements on their wireless hand held devices. One example is the Avantgo Channels that RMG3 has built for the US Men’s National Soccer Team Players. Their fans can download their web site – ussoccerplayers.com – and view its key content offline.
