Lyris is RMG3’s direct media software, forming the basis of our newsletter capabilities. Newsletters can be very efficient tools to grab attention, create interest, and drive site traffic. Newsletters can bring any fan up-to-speed with the latest developments, promotions, merchandise sales, or television schedules. RMG3 designs original HTML newsletters for each client. By tying our Lyris system to our other software, such as 1Touch™ and OAS, we can automatically pull and publish data and advertisements from your web site to your newsletter, and track their results. But each client is also able to change the unique content offering within each newsletter mailing. The setup is not only easy to use, but allows clients to interact with their fans on a regular basis with minimal effort and resources.
RMG3 works with our clients to develop their optimal web site / newsletter registration criteria and imports the data collected in to our Lyris database program. The Lyris Multi-domain mailing list manager allows RMG3 to manage our clients’ email address databases. Depending on the data collected, RMG can help clients send targeted emails by querying their databases based on certain criteria, such as geographical location or gender. RMG3 then uses Lyris to deliver newsletters or direct emails to each email box. It is a fast, efficient system that can reach an infinite amount of fans. We ensure newsletters are sent to only those interested, does not appear as “spam”, and provides “unsubscribe” and “opt out” options. Our newsletters allow clients to send a VIP invitation to 100 potential investors or a large email to 10,000 people announcing a game or event. We can work with you to provide regular daily, weekly or monthly newsletters distributed to specific groups, and to track the efficiency of your emails via data capture on click thrus and email viewings. With Lyris, RMG3 can send up to 1 or 2 million emails an hour.
