By default, all your stats are recorded using Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), which is 5 hours ahead of US Eastern time. Adjusting your time zone will shift your stats so that they reflect your local time instead of UTC time.

To select your time zone, all you have to do is choose in the list the time closest to your local time (even if there are a few minutes difference).

Exemple : if your watch shows 8:58 am, and the list shows 7:02, 8:02, 9:02, 10:02, (etc.) you would pick 9:02, as this is the closest time to your own.

Note that your time zone can be adjusted at any time in the Control Panel.
