Booking Specials & Packages
How to Book Car Specials
- If you are using our QuickCar booking engine for our car services, any car specials that you see on our site will automatically be applied to the rates you are quoted. You will not need to select the special and then book your car like you would for other services.
How to Book Specials for Other Services
- To add a special to your request, click on the select button on the special page.
- If you have not already requested the service for which that special applies, you will need to request that service.
- Once you have added a corresponding service to your request, you can send the request to us and will we send you a completed quote that takes the special into consideration.
- Please note: Specials are not automatically applied to the rates shown on our site. If the service you choose has a higher rate than special shows, send in your request with the special and we will apply the lower rate.
How to Book Packages
- To add a package to your request, click on the select button on line for the departure and arrival city combination you want.
- The next screen will require you to provide some more information about your trip. If you have any questions or would like to modify the package to better suit your needs, use the comment fields on this screen to note your changes.
- After you complete this form, the package will be added to your request. You can go back and edit some of the information for your package (such as dates and comments). But if you want to change arrival or departure cities, you will need to start over on the original page describing that package.
- Please Remember: We can help you customize our packages to meet your specific needs. Just let us know what you would like to change or add.
