Identification:
Upper body dark-green to olive.
Sides green to blue-grey and light green belly.
Large scales on the entire body.
Horizontal groove in front of the eyes.
Long and very sharp teeth.

Temperature range:
18 - 25 Celsius (65 - 77 Fahrenheit).

Typical location:
Patrolling along deep channels and reefs.

Fishing methods:
Baitfishing near or on the bottom with fish, squid, prawn or crab.
Trolling deep swimming minnow lures over shallow reefs.

Fighting characteristics:
