DAY 1: ARRIVE HOCHIMINH
Arrive at the airport in Saigon, meet and transfer to the hotel. A short
sightseeing tour of Saigon to Former U.S. Embassy, Notre Dame Cathedral,
and China town with Thien Hau Pagoda.
DAY 2: HOCHIMINH-CUCHI
City tour includes the Reunification Hall, Historical Museum, War Crime
Exhibition House. Afternoon, tour to the Cu Chi Underground Tunnel which
is a large and sophisticated underground network built by the Vietcong
during the Vietnam War.
DAY 3: HOCHIMINH- MYTHO
In the morning, drive 75 km southward to the famous Mytho, a main
attraction of the Mekong Delta. Enjoy a scenic boat ride on the Mekong
River to see the life of local people along the riverside. Visit the
renowned Vinh Trang Pagoda and an Orchard Island to enjoy the tropical
fruits. Return to Saigon.
DAY 4: HOCHIMINH-DA NANG
In the morning, transfer to airport for flight to Danang, a fascinating
city in Central Vietnam. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. In the
afternoon, continue with the sightseeing to Cham Museum, Marble Mounts
and China Beach.
DAY 5: DA NANG - HOI AN - HUE
Today you will get a chance to step upon the ground of the two World
Heritage Sites, namely Hoi An and Hue. Drive from Danang to Hoi An and
sightseeing around this historical town to see the ancient buildings and
atmosphere. Take a boat ride to the ceramic village before the onward
journey to Hue for overnight.
DAY 6: HUE
Morning, enjoy an interesting boat ride on the Perfume River, and
afternoon explore the grandeur of Hue such as Linh Mu Pagoda, Minh Mang
Tomb, Khai Dinh Tomb and the Royal Citadel.
DAY 7: HUE-HANOI-HALONG
Transfer to the airport and take a morning flight to Hanoi. Upon
arrival, meet with the guide and drive to Haiphong. Visit the city port
with Du Hang Pagoda in Haiphong before continuing to Halong for
overnight.
DAY 8: HALONG-HANOI
Halong Bay, one of the four World Heritage Sites in Vietnam, is famous
for its panoramic scenery with picturesque bay, dotted with with
innumerable beaches and grottoes. In the morning, take a fascinating
boat cruise in Halong Bay to see the amazing outcrops above the sea..
Return to the shore in the afternoon and drive back to Hanoi.
DAY 9: HANOI
Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam, was built since 1010. Take a full
day tour around this unique city to the sites of - Hochiminh Mausoleum,
Hochiminh house on Stilt, One-Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature,
Museum of Art, Sword Lake and Ngoc Son Temple.
DAY 10: HANOI DEPARTURE
Free at leisure on your own for shopping or sightseeing. Transfer to
airport for your flight departure.
