for dine in only unless otherwise stated. |

for parties of 2 or more unless otherwise stated. |

Unless
otherwise stated, 50% OFF Dining Certificates are not valid for parties greater
than 8. |

Use
of Dining Certificates for alcoholic beverages is at the sole discretion of the
merchant. Merchant agrees to comply with all state laws pertaining to same. |

Limit
one (1) redemption per customer per month per restaurant. |
| • |
Limit
one (1) Dining Certificate per redemption. Only one Dining Certificate can be
used per party, even if the party is seated at separate tables and/or receives
more than one check. |

The
issuing of restaurant credit is at the sole discretion of the merchant unless
otherwise required by law. |

Neither
the seller nor the merchant is responsible for lost or stolen certificates or
Dining Certificates reference numbers. |

Dining
Certificates cannot be combined with any other Dining Certificate or third party
gift certificates, coupons, or promotions. |
| • |
Reproduction,
sale or trade of this Dining Certificate is prohibited. |
| • |
Any
attempted redemption not consistent with these terms and conditions will be null
and void.

Void
to the extent prohibited by law. |

No
refunds after 90 days. |

Purchaser
agrees to the terms & conditions and privacy
policy of the Restaurant.com web site. |

Expires
one (1) year from date of issue, except in CA or where otherwise prohibited by
law. |

Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Restaurant.com and
participating restaurants shall be permitted to add the
purchaser's e-mail address to their e-mail subscription list, and
send the purchaser e-mails regarding special offers and offers
from other reputable organizations. Purchaser will have the
opportunity to opt out of this e-mail list.
Restaurant.com will not sell, share, or rent the purchaser's
e-mail address with others in ways different than disclosed in
our privacy policy. |
