A brand new 3 bed / 2 bath home - be one of the first guests to enjoy a stay in this single storey home perfectly located in Florida Pines on the Highway 27. This community is just 15 mins drive from Disney and provides a community pool and tot lot for our younger guests.
The main entrance welcomes you into the spacious living area consisting of a 3 seater sofa and armchair, coffee table, TV, with patio doors to the pool area. The open plan kitchen overlooking the lounge is complete with all the modern equipment that you would expect:- range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc as well as a washer and dryer for your use.
The master suite has a queen size bed and TV as well as bathroom with bath with shower, wc, vanity unit and closet. Bedroom 2 has a full (double) bed and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds with a family bathroom serving them.
Relax on the deck as you watch the kids slash in the pool and enjoy the Florida sunshine after a fun-filled day at the many attractions this area has to offer.
