Le Clos des Cypres is located 2 km from Grasse, a town that is recognized internationally as the perfume capital of the world. Automatic gates open onto spacious grounds dotted with palm, olive and cypress trees, beds of herbs and flowering shrubs.
Le Clos des Cypres has a master bedroom and four guest bedrooms. Three of the four guest bedrooms have ensuite baths with a shower and WC, while the fourth guest bedroom uses a bathroom directly across the hall. All bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and full ensuite bath with bathtub, separate stall shower and WC. All bedrooms have bedside tables with good reading lamps, brocaded coverlets and area rugs over tile floors.
The newly installed pool has good-quality deck furniture where guests may relax and enjoy the sweeping view of the countryside. For breakfast or evening cocktails there is a terrace with a pretty fountain. The dining room, which opens onto the terrace, has an impressive table for up to 10 people.
There are two sitting areas, one an informal grouping of two sofas around a coffee table and TV (which has satellite reception), the other a sofa and armchairs in front of a stone fireplace.
For guests' convenience there is a laundry room in the cottage with a washing machine and separate dryer in the cottage.
