A spacious home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this home is fully air conditioned throughout. Upon entry, there is a family room with comfortable sofas for relaxation. The open plan kitchen overlooks the lounge area and is fully equipped with every modern appliance - range, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, plus washer and dryer in the utility room.
The lounge area overlooks the pool and has sofas, side tables and TV. There is a formal dining set for 6 people plus a dinette set for four in the kitchen nook.
The bedrooms are spacious and provide the following accommodation:
Master suite has a queen size bed, plus en-suite bathroom, with corner tub, walk-in shower, double vanity and wc.
Bedroom 2 has a full ( double) bed.
Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds
There is a family bathroom plus a cloakroom.
Outside the wonderful pool and deck area is surrounded by a privacy hedge - but this just masks the golf course view beyond. The pool has solar heating - which provide free heating from the Florida sunshine.
