Should NASCAR drivers be allowed to race in ARCA or ASA events?

Tom of Valdosta, Ga., says, What do they have to prove? ARCA is for guys on the way up and learning for the most part. Having Nextel Cup regulars come in and steal money and fame is worse then when they do it in the Busch or Truck Series. If a Nextel Cup regular can't win in a Nextel Cup car racing in ARCA, he should be ashamed of himself.
