Your boarding passes will be held at the Gray Line Visitors Center located at 777 8th Avenue between 47th & 48th Streets. You will be required to redeem your printed voucher for your boarding passes at the customer service desk. Your boarding pass will be valid for 48 hours, from the time of collection.
  • Tours are conducted in English only
  • Tours are conducted on double-decker buses, in which some buses are wheelchair accessible. If wheelchair accessible buses are required on a specific day, Gray Line must be notified no later than 48 hours prior to tour date.
  • While no revisions of the itinerary are anticipated, Gray Line reserves the right to cancel or change any tours and schedules without notice.

    Pricing Policy:

  • Infants aged under 5 years travel free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seat.
  • Child prices are applicable for children aged 5 - 12 years, when accompanied by an adult.
