Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive access to your voucher documentation which must be printed. Your boarding passes will be held at the Gray Line Visitors Center located at 777 8th Avenue between 47th & 48th Streets. You will be required to redeem your printed voucher for your boarding passes at the customer service desk. Your boarding pass will be valid for 48 hours, from the time of collection.
There is no fee to visit the Empire State Building; the admission fee is for the Observatory is included.
The visit to the Empire State Building can take 1 to 2 hours, depending on number of visitors at the time.
The Statue of Liberty Ferry departs from Battery Park.
The ferry ride is approximately 45 minutes; however, passengers should allow 3 to 4 hours to visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island because
of the long lines to board the ferry.
Tours are conducted in English only
Tours are conducted on double-decker buses, in which some buses are ADA accessible. If ADA accessible buses are required on a specific day, Gray Line must be notified no later than 48 hours prior to tour date.
Parking is not provided. Cars can be parked at any of the numerous parking lots around the Visitor Center (777 8th Avenue at 47th Street) at your own expense. The cost of the parking varies depending on the duration and company that operates facilities.
While no revisions of the itinerary are anticipated, Gray Line reserves the right to cancel or change any tours and schedules without notice.
Statue of Liberty / Ellis Island:
Small backpacks, parcels and bags are permitted on the ferry or Liberty and Ellis Islands
Large packages, backpacks, suitcases and other parcels will not be permitted on the ferry or Liberty and Ellis Islands
All weapons and any dangerous items, including firearms, knives, mace, are strictly prohibited.
Visitors and their belongings are subject to inspection. The National Park Service appreciates your patience and understanding of these new security procedures and the additional time they may require.
