What is the Bravenet Support Center? When you have problems or questions regarding your services, open a 'support ticket' here and Bravenet staff will assist you with your problem. Note: We do not provide Java, Flash, Web Design or HTML support, and we can't support the hundreds of online site builders available on the web. If you are having problems adding our codes onto pages built in your webhosts sitebuilder program, contact them for assistance with the correct steps needed to add or maintain your Bravenet service codes. Before you open a support ticket, browse these resources first:
How the Support Center Works: Open a ticket here in the Support Center by filling out the problem reporting form. Our staff will answer your request for assistance and you will be notified by email when an answer is waiting for you here in the Support Center. If you have already opened a support ticket that has been answered, but wish to receive more help please post a follow up within the same ticket rather then opening a new ticket. We normally answer all inquiries within 24 hours, possibly a bit longer on weekends and holidays.
