This is an every other year even and purchase includes this year's use. You can select form any of Perennials six locations including Tahoe, Imperial Florida, Daytona Beach, Bandera Texas and the Domincan republic. Maintenance fee listed is paid every year and is due by Jan 1 and the unit floats week 1-50. Transfer fee is $100. Purchase includes 2004 use. This week can either be used, or cancelled without penalty up to 45 days prior to check-in. It can also be internally banked with Perennial for an additional 12 for a fee of $149.
