Bill Payments

IT&E makes it as convenient as possible by having several locations available throughout Guam. Payment may be made at any of our IT&E Office Locations.

You can also send your payment through the mail using the self-addressed envelopes provided with each billing statement received.

Guam residents may also pay at any of the following banking institutions:

• Citizens Security Bank
• First Hawaiian Bank
• First Savings and Loan
• BankPacific
• Personal Finance Center
• Navy Federal Credit Union
• Community First Guam Federal Credit Union

Guidelines for Payments

• Financial institutions will only accept full payment as shown on the total due line of your statement.
• If payment is made at a bank, then the statement stub will be retained by the bank; the bank’s validated statement will serve as your receipt.
• Inquiries can be directed to any IT&E office.
• Statements on past due accounts should be paid at an IT&E office to avoid possible service interruption.
