Payment may be made at any of our IT&E
Office Locations.
You can also send your payment through the mail using
the self-addressed envelopes provided with each billing
statement received.
Guam residents may also pay at any of the following

Guidelines
for Payments
- Financial institutions will only accept full
payment as shown on the total due line of your
statement.
- If payment is made at a bank, then the statement
stub will be retained by the bank; the bank’s
validated statement will serve as your receipt.
- Inquiries can be directed to any IT&E office.
- Statements on past due accounts should be paid
at an IT&E office to avoid possible service
interruption.
