1.
How do I make a reservation?
Our reservation process is very simple and allows you to book
real time availability. Select or enter the desired country,
city, dates of arrival and departure and number of adults. Click
Search Available Hotels and a choice of hotels will be displayed
on screen showing star rating; prices from; and a short description.
To get more information on any hotel click on Hotel Info button.
Photos, information, location, amenities will display.
When you
have selected your desired hotel and room type, the Book it!
button will take you to a Secure Reservation Form. You must
review your reservation and complete the required field. Please
ensure you have entered your contact information correctly.
When all information is complete, press the "Reserve my
hotel now" button once and your reservation will be processed
instantly. Your credit card will be debited and you will receive
an email confirmation.

3. How is my reservation confirmed?
When you press "Reserve my hotel now" button, an automated
technical chain of events is triggered. The room(s) is taken
from allocation on our availability database; the hotel is faxed
with your reservation; you are sent a confirmation email and
your credit card is debited - all within seconds of making the
reservation.
4. Will the hotel confirm to me directly?
www.Advanced Hotel Search offer a hotel reservation service
whereby we have allotments of rooms within an availability database.
This means that the management of these rooms is through us.
Please do NOT contact the hotel directly as your room has been
reserved through ourselves and many hotels only update guest
details a few days prior to arrival. If you have any concerns
regarding your reservation please contact customerservice@advanced-hotelsearch.com
5. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes it is perfectly safe to use your credit card - Advanced
Hotel Search uses secure socket layers, encryption techniques
and firewalls to safeguard all of your personal information.
6. What happens to my personal information?
This information is collected within a secure environment and
is necessary in order to process your hotel reservation. Your
name, email address, physical address, phone and fax number,
and credit card number are necessary to ensure we are able to
make and confirm your reservation. We do not share this personal
information with outside parties except as necessary to complete
your hotel reservation
7. You have a guarantee policy - what does this mean?
As part of our commitment to you our customer, we are so confident
in our prices that we guarantee you that we will either match
or refund you the full price difference if you find the same
room type cheaper elsewhere on the internet.

Policy
Advanced Hotel Search.com guarantee the lowest hotel room prices
available for reservations available on the internet. If any
of our customers find a lower rate we will refund the full price
difference. When you are offered a lower rate for exactly the
same product through another website, the difference in price
will be refunded if you inform the customer service department
of Advanced Hotel Search within 24 hours of making your hotel
reservation with Advanced Hotel Search.
Terms and
conditions
The Guarantee refund is available to all customers who purchase
one or more room nights from Advanced Hotel Search and finds
a lower total rate for the same hotel and the same dates from
any other internet source within 24 hours following the customer's
purchase on Advanced Hotel Search.
Total Rate
means the rate paid. If a customer purchases a hotel room and
the price is inclusive of breakfast and taxes, then a refund
for finding a hotel room exclusive of these extra at a cheaper
rate will not apply.
All requests
for refund will be made in writing by emailing guarantee@onlinehotel-res.com
within 24 hours of making the reservation. The application must
provide customer name, itinerary and confirmation number together
proof of cheaper price, for example, website address, screen
shot or any other document which will validate the application.
Advanced Hotel Search customer service department will verify
the application within 3 working days and confirm to customer.
Payment will be refunded to credit card which was used to make
the reservation within 10 working days.
8. What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations and changes made to your reservation up to
6pm on date of arrival will incur a charge of $10. All cancellations
and changes made to your reservation after 6pm on the arrival
date of your reservation mean that your payment will not be
refunded.
9. How do I cancel?
To cancel your hotel reservation, just refer to your confirmation
e-mail. This e-mail contains your Itinerary number as well as
a URL that links you to our cancellation web page. Click on
the cancellation link within the confirmation e-mail or type
its URL into your browser. This brings you directly to our cancellation
web page.
You then
enter Itinerary Number; Confirmation Number and email address
- press Cancel this Reservation button and your cancellation
confirmation will be emailed to you almost instantly.
10. Is breakfast included?
Most of our discounted rates include breakfast in Europe. In
the USA breakfast is normally not included. Each property states
what is included in the price.
11. Is the room rate per person or per night?
The rate is always displayed by room per night.
12. Will the hotel have an ensuite?
All of our properties are fully equipped with ensuite unless
otherwise specified.
13. Can there be more than two adults in the room?
Many hotels will allow additional adults and/or children to
stay in rooms at a charge. This may be listed in hotel information
page. Most hotels have a limit as to how many people stay in
a room so please ensure your reservation correctly reflects
the number of people staying.
14. Can my children stay with me for free?
Usually children under 12 years of age stay for free in their
parent's room, however, age requirements differ from hotel to
hotel; country to country and city to city. This information
may be contained in the hotels information page, if not, please
check prior to confirming your reservation by emailing customerservice@advanced-hotelsearch.com.
Please note some hotel rooms are not large enough to include
children, therefore you must email this request to us.
15. Are cots/rollaway beds available?
Most hotels offer cots/rollaway beds for a nominal fee - many
rooms have restrictions. If you require a cot or rollaway bed,
please include this under Specific Requirements on the Secure
Reservation Form.
16. What types of rooms are available?
Single room: 1 single bed for 1 person.
Double room: 1 double bed for 2 people.
Twin room: 2 single beds for 2 people.
Triple room: Beds for 3 people.
17. What type of facilities are available?
Hotel facilities are described in the Hotel Info section together
with specific information on services.
18. What are the directions to the hotel?
These may be contained in the Hotel Information page - generally
the area is defined and distance from airport/city center specified.
19. Is there a shuttle bus?
Many hotels offer shuttle bus service to/from the airport. This
will be detailed on the Hotel Information page. If this service
is offered, there is usually a charge payable directly on the
bus.

20. What
if I am not happy with my hotel room when I arrive?
Please advise the Hotel Reception of any issues you may have.
If you are still not happy please contact Advanced Hotel Search
Customer Service at customerservice@advanced-hotelsearch.com.
21. What happens to my hotel room if my flight is delayed?
If you are not going to arrive on the first day of your reservation,
please contact the hotel to ensure your room is held for you.
This is a prepaid reservation so no refund will be given.
22. Do I have to pay if I decide to change my reservation?
To add extra nights just make a new reservation Online and no
fee is charged.
If you wish to reduce the number of nights please contact customerservice@advanced-hotelsearch.com.
A $10 change fee will apply.
23. Do I have to pay if I decide to cancel my reservation?
If you cancel your reservation the following cancellation policy
applies:
All cancellations
and changes made to your reservation up to 6pm on date of arrival

date of your reservation mean that your payment will not be
refunded.
24. What happens if I need a refund?
Any refund due will be credited directly to the credit card
that was used to pay for the booking.
25. What happens if I do not stay at the hotel for the full
duration of my booking?
This is a prepaid reservation and no refund will be given.
26. How do I change my reservation?
you wish to add additional nights please just make a new reservation
Online. To reduce the number of nights booked please contact
customerservice@advanced-hotelsearch.com
27. How do I book a child?
When you click on "Book It" in the Advanced Hotel
Search Site a "Reservation Form" will be displayed.
You will see a box marked "No. of Children". Add the
number of children into this box. If you have any additional
requests please complete The "Additional Request"
box.
