the boating enthusiast, Brunswick County offers a wealth of choices.
There are many communities offering direct access to the Inter-coastal
waterway. Marinas and public access boat ramps are also available
throughout the Brunswick Islands.
Inter-coastal
Waterway Access:
Holden
Beach
NC 130 to Holden Beach. Left and 0.2 miles, left. Access area
is on the left under the NC 130 bridge.
Oak
Island
From Southport, take NC 211 west to NC 133. Follow NC 133 south
to SR 1101 and turn left. Access is ½ mile on left.
Sunset
Harbor
At Junction US 17 and NC 211, travel southeast on 211 approximately
7 miles to Junction NC 21 and SR 1112. Follow SR 1112 to south
access area.
