Cost of Living Index

Charlotte continues to rank in the 10 lowest Cost of Living cities with a population of 400,000 to 1,000,000 for the second quarter 2004. 

Review the list 

Charlotte weighs in with an index of 93.1 where an average is 100.

The index is derived from a mid-management product group of 60 commodities and is reported on a quarterly basis.
