

HEALTH CONDITIONS
This insurance excludes any claim arising
directly or indirectly from your failure to seek medical advice on the
advisability of undertaking the Trip when you have received in-patient hospital
treatment during the 6 months prior to taking out the insurance or where at the
time of taking out the insurance you or any person whose condition gives rise
to a claim:
a. is expected to give birth within two months of the expiry of
this insurance;
b. is receiving or on a waiting list for in-patient
hospital or clinic treatment;
c. is traveling against the advice of a
medical practitioner or for the purpose of obtaining medical treatment
abroad;
d. has received a terminal prognosis
e. have at any point in
the last five years received inpatient treatment for any heart or circulatory
condition; any lung or breathing condition other than mild well controlled
asthma suffered in isolation; or any cancerous condition.
Material Facts
All material facts must be disclosed to the
Underwriter at the time of taking out this Insurance. Failure to do so may
result in the Underwriter's non-liability for claims. A material fact is any
fact known to you which is likely to influence the Underwriter in the
acceptance or assessment of the insurance. If you are in any doubt as to
whether a fact is 'material' then, for your own protection, it should be
disclosed. All information provided in purchasing this insurance shall form the
basis of the contract. You should keep a record (including copies of letters)
of all information provided to the Issuing Agent for the purpose of entering
into this contract.
Your Cover
You will be insured for risks associated with cancellation
from the moment payment is cleared while the remainder of the policy will come
into effect at the date of departure you have notified us of on this
application form (Single Trip policies only). On annual multi trip policies the
cancellation cover will commence from the date shown on your validation
certificate.

conditions of the insurance may be found on this web site. Please read the
travel insurance document carefully.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE / COOLING-OFF
PERIOD
If
you are not happy with your travel insurance policy, you may return it to
Travel Insurance Direct within 14 days of issue and we will refund your premium
in full, provided you have not traveled and no claims have been made. Please

This does not affect
your statutory rights as a consumer.
By entering into a contract
of insurance you will take on certain obligations and grant certain powers to
the insurer. Nothing in this contract affects your statutory rights as a
consumer.
