Box Office Opens August 15 for Subscribers Only;

For immediate ticketing and confirmed seating, order tickets online, by telephone, or in person. Ticket orders received by fax or mail are seated based on availability at the time the order is processed. Groups of 20 or more can receive special planning assistance.

Online
Ordering tickets online is the fastest way to get the best available seats. To purchase tickets online, you must log in to our secure area with your username and password, which you may choose in the free online registration. Our eBox Office utilizes secure technologies, so your account information is both safe and private. It's easy and convenient:
  1. Select the concert through the season calendar, concert search or other links throughout the site.


  2. Click the "Buy" button beside the performance date.


  3. Select a seating section and the number of tickets in the eBox Office window.


  4. Click "Add to Cart" and the best available seats will be returned to you.


  5. Confirm your order. A confirmation will be e-mailed to you immediately.
At this time, wheelchair accessible seating is not available online. We update our systems each day from 1:45 AM to 7:00 AM (est), during which time eBox Office services are unavailable. A service charge of $5.50 per ticket is applied to all eBox Office orders. All orders must be placed no later than 24 hours prior to the concert.

By Fax or Mail
Download and print our order form.* Select the concert through the season calendar, concert search or other links throughout the site. You may also view the Avery Fisher Hall seating chart.

Fax the completed order form to (212) 875-5670, or mail it to the address on the form. Remember, seating assignments are based on availability at the time your order is processed, and you must allow at least 48 hours from the receipt of your order for processing. A service charge of $5.50 per ticket is added to all fax or mail orders.

In Person
Visit the Box Office at Avery Fisher Hall, home of the New York Philharmonic, located at the corner of Broadway and 65th Street. There is no service charge for tickets purchased in person.

* On performance evenings the Box Office closes one half-hour after performance time; other evenings it closes at 6:00 PM.
**For August 29 only, the Box Office will open at 10:00 AM.
