Is ordering from
ElectroKits secure?
YES. We use industry standard 128-bit SSL servers for encryption
of all ordering information on ElectroKits.
How
long do orders take to ship?
Normally, orders ship within 24 hours. If one or more of the items
requested are not in stock however, it may take longer to ship
orders. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to ship your
order as soon as possible.
Do
you ship outside the USA & Canada?
If you live outside the USA & Canada, we are limited in the
products that we can export to you. We can only export items listed
in our "Transmitter Kits" and "FM Transmitters"
sections. We are unable to ship items in our "Electronic
Kits" section internationally at this time. The international
countries which we can ship to are the Ireland, Australia &
United Kingdom. We cannot ship to other countries at this time.
I
don't have a Credit Card, how do I order?
We can accept orders via Check or money order. You can send orders
to our mailing address, which is available on our Contact
Page. When sending orders, please be sure to include a note
explaining exactly which items you wish to order, along with a
check / money order for the correct amount (including shipping)
and the shipping address for the products.
I
can't find the product I'm looking for, what can I do?
Simply contact us via. email
or telephone and we'll have a search through our extended inventory
for the item you desire. Although we do our very best to keep
the website 100% up to date, sometimes the best thing to do is
give us a call.
