my reservation, how can I do that?
- Cancellations or changes made within 3 day(s) of the check in date
are subject to a 1 Night Room & Tax penalty.
- Cancellations or changes made more than 3 day(s) from the check
in date are subject to a $25.00 penalty. Note: For cancellation and
change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM Pacific
Time of the day on which you are scheduled to check into your hotel.
To cancel - Send
a request here !!! Prepare your Itinerary number that you received
with the confirmation of your booking.
Why doesn't
WWTE/1st New York Hotels accept my credit card?
For your protection, WWTE / 1st New York Hotels requires the billing
address for ticket delivery to be the same address where the bill
for your credit card is sent each month. When you enter your credit
card and billing information, please make sure the address and ZIP
or postal code are correct. Also, address verification isn't available
for certain types of debit cards. In this case, simply enter another
valid credit card and billing address.
Is my credit
card number safe?
WWTE / 1st New York Hotels uses the Secure Sockets Layer and Private
Communication Technology security standards that are supported by
Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later and other popular browsers.
SSL encodes your personal information (such as your password, address
and phone number, or your credit card number) so that it is available
only to you and the WWTE / 1st New York Hotels travel agent who will
help make sure your travel planning goes smoothly. This encryption
makes doing business over the Internet as secure as making a purchase
by telephone.
Can I use
a credit card with an international billing address?
Yes! Now, if you have a credit card with a billing address outside
the USA you can use it to book hotel and rental car reservations.
When entering your international billing address be sure to click
"Non USA billing address" to enable the international billing
address format. At this time, you will not be able to book flights
and E-Packages (combination air-hotel packages) with your non USA
credit card. |
