The Conference Room

    The Glacier BrewHouse is proud to offer two private rooms to accommodate a wide variety of functions. Our Conference Room seats up to fourteen guests around a birds-eye cherry conference table and is perfect for small business meetings and private celebrations. It is located in the corner of our dining room, behind the French doors. Amenities include a video tape recorder/television and an amplifier separate from the dining room system, allowing you to tune the music to your function. A flip chart is available for use also. We treat this room as another dining room table, requiring no special menu arrangements. We anticipate the use of this room for lunch or dinner service, allowing two hours per meal. If you would like extended use of this room, special arrangements are gladly made - just let us know. Reservations for this room are handled by our front desk crew, just like other dining room reservations.

The Banquet Room

   Our Banquet room can accommodate groups up to thirty-two. It is a private room in the northeast corner of the property, across the landing from the brewery. We have equipped the room with four round tables that seat eight guests each. Like the Conference room, this room has a separate amplifier for personalized audio. The video tape recorder/television and flip chart can be used in this room also. In order to ensure quality service in a timely manner, all parties of 15 and larger are served family style. Family style consists of two starter salads and three entrees, all served tableside on large platters for guests to pass, share, and experience all of the dishes from our kitchen. Large sampler dessert platters from our expert bakers are also available. Beverage service is the same as in the dining room.

    We do not require a deposit for this room, and there normally is no room charge. We have a room minimum of $100.00 per hour during lunch (11:00 am - 4:00 p.m.) and $200.00 per hour during dinner. Should your function not exceed the minimum sales, half the difference of the minimum and your food and beverage sales is charged as a room charge.
