Fully airconditioned and spacious, the front door opens into the formal dining area with dining set laid out for 6 people. through to the open plan kitchen which has been equipped with every modern appliance. The breakfast bar has wonderful ornate stools for more seating. The lounge is furnished with leather sofas, entertainment unit housing a TV, VCR, DVD and stereo.
The master suite located just off from the lounge has a fantastic king size sleigh bed!, plus TV and phones. The master bathroom has a tub, walk-in shower, 2 vanity units, wc and closet. Bedroom 2 also located downstairs has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the 3rd master suite offers a queen bed, TV and bathroom. Bedroom 4 and 5 each have 2 twin beds and a family bathroom serving them.
There is a quiet lounge area upstairs on the landing with 2 armchairs to escape the excitement of Florida fun.
Outside, the deck has been extended to appreciate the view overlooking orange groves, whilst the lanai offers shade from the heat of the Florida sunshine. The pool is large and ideal for the whole family to splash in after a busy day at the parks.
