Summit County MLS Search Form : This
is the next best thing to sitting in front of a Summit
County MLS computer terminal yourself. Listing
information and property photos you receive after
completing and submitting this search form come directly
from the Summit Association of Realtors ® MLS computer
system.
Or you can simply email me to let me know what you are looking
for and I will research the properties currently on the
market for you. I will then email, fax, and/or mail you
pictures and information on what is currently on the
market. Then, when you arrive in town, you can make
better use of your property-shopping time because you
will already have a good sense of the market.
If you already know of specific properties that you
are interested in, give me the MLS number or other
details and I can send you the complete listing
information. An example of such a report is posted with
my featured properties
on this web site.
As your Realtor, I will help you with any of the
following, as you may require:
- Find the right house.
- Complete paperwork.
- Negotiate price.
- Price comparable houses.
- Determine purchase price range.
- Arrange financing.
Also, as a broker with RE/MAX Properties of the
Summit, I will fulfill the following Buyer Service Pledge
by performing the following services:
- Consult with you to determine your particular
real estate needs.
- Help you define your financial ability to
purchase, and explain alternative methods of
purchasing and financing.
- Familiarize you with the community to help you
with your neighborhood and property choices. This
may include properties listed with me and my
office, as well as those offered through other
real estate companies.
- Explain local real estate procedures, including
typical closing costs and purchase agreements.
- Offer/show properties in accordance with Fair
Housing Regulations and ethical real estate
practices.
- Disclose material facts known about the property.
Respond accurately to questions concerning the
property.
- Assist in arranging mortgage financing.
- Assist with arrangements for a variety of
relocation services, and provide a VIP Referral
Form, which offers you the services of a RE/MAX
office in your hometown (where available) should
you require assistance in selling your existing
property.
- Assist you in preparing a purchase agreement, and
help facilitate the preparation and completion of
all paperwork pertaining to the purchase of your
new property (as permitted by law).
- Promptly present your written offers to sellers
or their designated representative as prescribed
by law or local practice.
- Upon acceptance of an offer from you by the
seller, monitor all pre-settlement (escrow)
activities throughout the entire real estate
purchase process.
Once you are under contract on a property you may wish
to have it inspected prior to closing. There are
numerous competitors in the marketplace for this kind of
service. Although I cannot be responsible for the several
individuals and companies listed below, I do know that
they have been utilized in the past by other property
owners. Each should be happy to provide you with a list
of past clients to assist you in making your decision.
