The apartment, located at Piazza S. Egidio, is a three-room apartment with a large bedroom (double bed) and plenty of closet space, a large eat-in kitchen and a living room that looks out on the piazza. The bedroom is extremely quiet. The bathroom though narrow, is quite modern, and pretty, although there is a shower, not a tub. There are ceiling fans in all three rooms and in the summer there is air conditioning as well. Roughly 60 square meters or 700 feet, the apartment is on the second floor, European-style, which means there are two flights of stairs. There is no elevator. It has lovely wood, beamed ceilings in all three rooms and is very cozy and warmly furnished with attractive furnishings, a new, firm mattress, and extremely well-appointed kitchen and a broad selection of guidebooks and maps.
