1.  Is this the year you'll be upgrading your CRM software?
  Yes, my vendor's latest version finally has the functionality and architecture I've been waiting for.
  No, it's still too early. I want to wait until I've heard from other organizations about how well the application works.
  Maybe, depending on maintenance fees for the older versions and my company's financial outlook for the year.
